CALLING ALL STUDENTS!

You only have 12 more days to get your scholarship application and essay in to us to have the chance to win $500 to your college bookstore! Please see the information below:

We encourage all current NP students to apply! If you work with students please feel free to print off the attachment and hand out to your students. Help get the word out on our wonderful organization and this great opportunity for $500 towards the college bookstore! 

Application Requirements:

1. You must be a current nurse practitioner student (MSN or DNP) and a current MMNP member in good standing to apply for the scholarship. If you are not a current member, you may join MMNP by logging onto our website (http://metromilwaukeenp.enpnetwork.com/) and applying online by going to the membership tab. The cost for MMNP membership is $30/ year (our term is June1st-May31st).
    
2. Submit a 500 word (max) essay describing your most meaningful achievements and how they relate to your future goals as a Nurse Practitioner. The scholarship application is located on our website under the Grants/scholarships tab. The final date for submission is midnight on October 31, 2012.

All entries will be blinded, reviewed, and voted on by the Executive Board and scholarship recipients will be contacted directly and announced on the MMNP website by November 15th. Student scholarship winners will receive a $500 gift card to their school bookstore.
