I had an NP from the Dean Clinic in Fort Atkinson reach out to me and has a patient who is  moving to the Milwaukee area. She would like to continue to see a nurse practitioner for her primary care. She is looking for references for a family, adult or women's health NPs in the Milwaukee area who work in the Columbia/St. Mary's, Wheaton Franciscan or Aurora systems.
