AANP conference

Dear Colleagues,

I will be attending the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Annual Region 5 invitational Leadership meeting on Saturday, April 30th, 2012. As an elected MMNP Board Member, I would like to ensure that your voice is represented at this meeting.

The AANP leadership meetings bring together leaders from each of the states within Region 5: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. The meeting objectives include:

• to discuss professional practice issues common among states within this region;
• to discuss national and state issues relevant to this region;
• to discuss collaborative strategies to address identified issues within this region.
