(AANP) Annual Region 5 invitational Leadership Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

I will be attending the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Annual Region 5 invitational Leadership meeting on April 30th, 2011.  As an elected MMNP Board Member, I would like to ensure that your voice is represented at this meeting. 

The AANP leadership meetings bring together leaders from each of the states within Region 5:  Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.  The meeting objectives include: 

Ø  to discuss professional practice issues common among states within this region;

Ø  to discuss national and state issues relevant to this region;

Ø  to discuss collaborative strategies to address identified  issues within this region.

If you have any concerns or thoughts regarding the above objectives that you would like me to discuss at this meeting, please send me an email detailing the information to:  wendy.edwards@takecarehealth.com no later than Thursday, April 28th.
