2019 Grant Applications

The Metro Milwaukee Nurse Practitioners (MMNP) organization awards grant funds to individuals or groups that utilize the skills and services of Nurse Practitioners to provide care to individuals in Southeast Wisconsin. 

These grants are awarded annually to an active member of MMNP.

Applications will be accepted until midnight on September 7, 2019.
