Tenens CRNA Opportunity – Sault Ste. Marie, MI
Clinic + Limited Call | August–January Coverage | Epic EMR

A well-respected healthcare facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum tenens coverage starting this August through January. This position offers a mix of outpatient anesthesia cases with minimal inpatient responsibilities and a light, rotating call schedule. Sault Ste. Marie, MI – a scenic, northern Michigan city offering year-round recreation and a relaxed pace of life.

• Setting: 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient

• Coverage: Clinic + limited call (1 night/week; 1:4 or 1:5 rotation)

• Shifts: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Schedule: Select dates available August through January

• Procedures Include:

  • Endoscopy

  • General Surgery

  • OB/GYN

  • Orthopedics

  • Urology

• No cardiac or neuro cases

• Blocks preferred but not required

• EMR: EPIC with Dragon dictation

• Minimum 1–2 years of CRNA experience

• Proficient in:

  • Spinals

  • Epidurals

  • Central/arterial line placement

• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Active Michigan license required

• Credentialing time: Approximately 30 days

• NBCRNA certification required
