Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our Hospital Medicine team of two advanced practitioners who work day shifts only.

Qualifications:

• Acute care certification required (AGACNP); 1 year of hospitalist experience required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed, non-profit, critical access hospital, is a part of Ascension, a 15-hospital system in Michigan.

• Closed ICU; No procedures required
• No code requirement
• Schedule: Day shift, solo position

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluation and management services to patients requiring hospitalist services with the hospitalist practice
• Develop treatment plans
• Complete admissions from ED
• Perform dictation of H&P examinations
