Through our partnership in Connected for Kids, we are able to improve the health and well-being of more children and teens in Northeast and Central Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We currently seek an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Children’s Wisconsin's Pediatric Urgent Care in Appleton, WI. This is an exciting new opportunity to build and grow your team in the booming Fox Cities!

• Full and part-time opportunities
• APN (PNP preferred but FNP considered) or PA, must have at least one year of peds experience in a primary care or acute care setting
• No overnight call
• Typically see 2-3 patients per hour

Pediatric Urgent Care is a booming field that is currently significantly in demand by families who are becoming more and more aware of quality when they seek after-hours medical care. Urgent care is seen as an extension of primary care, which helps us define the scope of practice, and strive to always support patients’ primary care medical home while preventing unnecessary visits to the emergency room for low acuity conditions. The Urgent Care team of pediatricians and APPs are committed to continuous learning and evidence-based practice, all focused on the goal of providing the best possible acute care for kids. Leadership is committed to supporting providers with educational opportunities, clinical practice supports, and data reporting all help to drive the quality of the care we deliver.
