Scholarship

Application Requirements:

1. You must be a nurse practitioner student and MMNP member in good standing to apply for the scholarship. If you are not a current member, you may join MMNP by logging onto the website and applying online. The cost for MMNP membership is $25/ year. As an MMNP member, you will have access to the job board postings, preceptor information, educational dinners, and networking within the Milwaukee NP community.
   
   
2. Please submit a 300 word essay specifically addressing the following question: “How will the role of the NP impact the future of health care?”
   
   
3. The final date for submission is midnight on June 25, 2011.

Documents will be reviewed by the Executive Board. Scholarship recipient(s) will be announced on the MMNP website at our upcoming membership meeting in June (date to be announced soon) and on the MMNP website.

1. Submitted essays will be reviewed and the recipients determined based on visionary aptitude, feasibility and originality.
